Reservation Fee
When you make a decision to reserve a property please email us or speak to one of our representatives to confirm the availability of your chosen property, and to be advised on how best to proceed, which can vary slightly from property to property.
You will need to have the following information at hand:
- Full name
- Passport ( to be copied )
- Full address
- Contact numbers and email address
- Development in which you wish to reserve
- Apartment code of the property
When the availability of your apartment is confirmed you will be required to make a bank transfer payment for the reservation fee. Bank details will be supplied on request.
Please note the reservation fee is Non-refundable but will be deducted from initial purchase price.
