The village of “Pesnopoi” is located 35 km from historic city of Plovdiv. The second capital city of Bulgaria. The village complex will belocated only 30 km from the International Autobahn which will connect Sofia with Turkey, via Plovdiv.

Located in a picturesque spot, well known for its natural mineral springs with water temperatures of more than 43 degrees. Also with one of the most clean rivers the “ Stryama”, popular with locals in the summer.

The town of Hisarya is close by (only 12 km) from Pesnopoi with its fabulous hot naturals springs, SPA facility hotels, traditional restaurants, and bars.
“Pesnopoi Resort” will be located only 800m. from the village. The project will be situated on a protected nature zone “Natura 2000” and any construction in a 2 km. radius is forbidden.

The houses will be approximately 100 m². Each house will have its own barbecue and its own little garden and parking place.

The house will be on two floors: on the first floor will be kitchen and living room with fireplace & WC.

The second floor, off of the landing there are two bedrooms, both with a terrace and also on this floor there is a bathroom.

All the houses will be finished to a high quality standard and supplied to clients with the added bonus of a fireplace. Yhe houses will be offered without furnishing, but we can offer furniture packages.
