The payment schedules for the different BlackSeaRama properties are:
Lake Park
- 2000 EUR (non-refundable) deposit;
- 35% (the deposit) upon signing of contract;
- 35% upon completion of roof ;
- Final 30% payable when the house is complete (including all trim work, paint, driveways and walkways, and landscaping) and notary act is given.
Bell Tower
- 2000 EUR (non-refundable) deposit;
- 60% (the deposit) upon signing of contract;
- Final 40% payable on notary transfer (up to 6 months from the contract signing)
Individual villas
- 2000 EUR (non-refundable) deposit;
- 40% (the deposit) upon signing of contract;
- 30% upon completion of roof (around 6 months after contract signing);
- Final 30% payable on notary transfer (around 12-14 months after contract signing)
The 2000 EUR non-refundable deposit reserves the units for a 1 month period for preparing and signing the contract and its amount, is deducted from the second payment by contract.
