The residence Cold Water is located at the East end of the village near the future lift to Snejanka peak. From the residence you can see the telecommunication tower of Snejanka which is the center of the ski resort of Pamporovo.
New 3km 6-seat lift is under construction, which will connect Snejanka peak to the Stoykite village. 2 new ski runs will be created along the lift - 3,420 and 2,901 km long.
The new lift is located only 250 m from Cold Water residence.
