Payment schedule
- 30% - Upon signing the preliminary contract;
- 30% - At the definite apartment level;
- 30% - On roof level;

Estimated period of construction: The construction works started in May 2007 and will be finished in December 2008.
The annual maintenance fee is 10 Eur/sq.m.
Reservation of an Apartment. You can secure your favorite apartment for 1 month by placing a deposit of 2000 Euro - reservation fee (not refundable, but deducted from the 1st installment).
Within a month after paying the deposit, a preliminary/final contract needs to be signed and the first installment is due.
If you take out a mortgage you will only have to commit to the deposit payment of 30%. The bank will put up the other stage payments.
