Payment schedule
- 30% - Upon signing the preliminary contract;
- 30% - At the definite apartment level;
- 30% - On roof level;
- 10 % - On completion, when you receive the title deeds.

Estimated period of construction: The construction works will start in June 2007 and will finish by the end December 2008.
The annual maintenance fee is 10 Eur/sq.m.
Reservation of an Apartment. You can reserve an Apartment by paying 1000 Euro as a deposit which will be deducted from your purchase price.
 
After the reservation period, the preliminary/final contract needs to be signed and the first installment of the property is due.
