Rhodopski Resort will be situated 1550 m above sea level on the footstep of Mechi Chal,
built on 40 000 sq. m.
The resort will include a hotel with 105 rooms including 8 apartments , trade center, accommodation facilities, 70 four-floor houses, with relative parking lots, day nursery, tennis court, entertainment and leisure facilities,
built on 68 000 sq. m.
The houses will be on 4 or 5 floors and on every floor an apartment. This will feature a fireplace. The accommodation will consist of

The resort will include four restaurants, whether you are looking for a cosy winter evening supper or summer al fresco lunches you will be spoilt for choice. Two of which will serve Bulgarian traditional dishes and will give the opportunity to enjoy the authentic Bulgarian folklore music and delicious Rhodopean cuisine.

For those who enjoy burning some energy the tennis court, fitness club and swimming pool is there to get you in shape, if you’re in need of pampering or rejuvenating the Spa Centre and a beauty saloon will cater for your needs. The Rhodopean people celebrate religious holidays and attend the multiple churches and chapels. They willingly spread the native legends and stories. There you will find many ruins of Thracian villages and towns, a sign of the ancient culture.

The project “Rhodopian Resort” will be situated in an elevated position on Mechi - Chal closed to the town of Chepelare.

Chepelare is located in the beautiful Rhodopi Mountains in the southern part of Bulgaria.
It is located 1200 meters above sea level and the winter season here provides one of the best skiing environments in Bulgaria. The rich culture and history has made this area one of the economic and cultural centers of the Rhodopi Mountains.
The capital of Bulgaria, Sofia is 230 kilometers away and the second largest city in Bulgaria, Plovdiv is just 80 kilometers from here. The world famous ski resort of Pamporovo is just 10 kilometers down the road and is one of the reasons this area has long been one of the most popular winter tourist destinations in Europe.
Climate wise Chepelare is one of the sunniest cities in Bulgaria with 270 sunny days a year and an abundance of snow in the winter. The area gets between 30 and 80 centimeters of snow annually which tends to remain for 80 to 100 days. The fall is warm and dry with the spring usually coming late and the summer tends to be cool and refreshing.
Just 2 km away from the town there are two Alpine ski tracks, "Mechi Chal 1"(3 200 m long) and "Mechi Chal 2"(5 200 m), which are among the best ones in Europe.
The runs vary in difficulty from black to green and are some of the longest in Bulgaria.
